– before working with us
Decisions aren’t made
We talk a lot, weigh all the pros and cons — but never reach a concrete decision. The meeting ends with “let’s talk about it one more time.”
Generic ideas
Suggestions are shallow and lack originality. We struggle to come up with breakthrough ideas or truly effective solutions to our problems.
Low participant engagement
Some people don’t understand their role or don’t see the point of the meeting topic. Participation is formal, without real motivation. As a result, we see a low initiative and no ownership for the next steps.
Unproductive discussions
Some people stay silent while others dominate the conversation. Arguments drag on, wasting time, distracting from decision-making and creating tension.
No results
By the end of the meeting, we don’t agree on who will do what and by when. As a result, decisions never get implemented — and at the next meeting, we end up discussing the same issues all over again.
Wasting time
We keep drifting off-topic, ignoring the agenda and timing. As a result, people get frustrated with the process and feel their time was wasted.

– How I can help you
All training programs are customized to your company’s needs, and participants practice facilitation using their own real cases
Workshop “Introduction to Facilitation”
A 2–3 hour online session to get a real taste of facilitation
Using one practical tool, participants will see how facilitation works and spend the time productively — finding an answer together to one of their real business questions.
Online Facilitation Course
4–6 modules, 4 hours each
Weekly sessions combined with practical homework assignments.
This format ensures consistent learning and skill-building for independent facilitation of team sessions.
Offline Facilitation Training
In-person program over 1–2 days
An intensive format that brings together both theory and practice in one place.
Concentrated, hands-on content with deep immersion into the topic.
– Result
01
We start with the basics — what facilitation is, the role of the facilitator, and the values and competencies needed to engage a group and guide it toward results.
02
Most team meetings are ineffective because they lack clear structure. I teach how to design the flow of a facilitated session — defining its stages, logic, and sequence. Participants also learn how to formulate key questions that help the team move toward results.
03
During the training, we try out different facilitation tools. Participants receive checklists with step-by-step guides for applying each tool.
04
Participants will not only master facilitation but also gain real benefits by working on actual cases from your company that need solutions.
05
During the training, participants practice in the role of facilitator. Each one receives feedback and personalized advice from me. As a result, they build the confidence to independently facilitate team meetings.
06
I recognize participants’ real needs and generously share practical insights from my own experience. These are proven tips, tricks, and common pitfalls you won’t find in textbooks.
– HOW I TEACH
My training approach combines three practical components that give participants all the knowledge and skills they need to confidently facilitate team sessions on their own
1
First — I act as a role model
I demonstrate facilitation in action. Our training itself is a real workshop that I facilitate. Afterward, we break down each stage in detail: what I did and why, as well as the tools and techniques I used.
2
Then — participant practice
Participants facilitate parts of the session themselves.
This is not a simulation but real experience in a safe team environment. Such practice builds confidence and helps develop a personal style already during the training.
3
Professional Feedback
After each practice, I provide honest and constructive feedback: what already works well and what could be done differently. This part is valuable for the whole group — we learn together by observing and analyzing.
– What it’s like to work with me
01
Understanding your needs
With 15 years of experience in companies and hundreds of business meetings behind me, I deeply understand the challenges you face when introducing facilitation.
02
Practical skills
Participants leave the training not only with solid knowledge but also with embedded facilitation skills and the confidence to apply them in their company.
03
Generosity
I openly share not only tips and tricks from my own experience but also the mistakes I’ve made — showing what not to do.
04
Dynamic delivery
I am my own best case study. People come to learn facilitation from me because they want to run sessions the way I do — energetic, engaging, dynamic, and effective.

After facilitation training, our meetings and workshops became much easier and faster to run. They are now more structured, constructive, and result-oriented.
Full feedback:
"The “Facilitation Leadership” training for the Robota.ua team turned out to be extremely valuable — we managed to solve two important tasks at once:
● Learned how to facilitate team meetings to make them more effective.● Found practical ways to boost productivity in a remote format — through demo-sessions facilitated by Anna Klymenko.
During these demo-sessions, Anna showcased the role model of a facilitator, walked us through the tools and techniques, and explained the purpose of each step. This way, we not only explored the theory of facilitation but also gained hands-on experience.
As a result, the entire leadership team quickly picked up the new approach. Our meetings and workshops became smoother, more focused, and far more productive.
I highly recommend facilitation training to all managers who want to engage their teams better and unlock their full potential."

We learned how to generate truly breakthrough ideas, set clear priorities together, make effective decisions, and turn our agreements into concrete actions.
Full feedback:
"The “Facilitation of Team Meetings” training for the Johnson & Johnson team was a real breakthrough in our work! Over just two days, our managers and team leaders not only mastered the basics of facilitation but also received a toolkit of practical methods they could apply immediately.
We learned how to generate game-changing ideas, align on priorities, make decisions efficiently, and — most importantly — transform our agreements into actionable steps. We also realized how essential it is to engage the whole team, so people feel ownership and take an active part in shaping projects and solving tasks.
Facilitation has helped our leaders develop a more engaging and inspiring leadership style. And here at Johnson & Johnson, we are proud to say — it really worked for us!"

By experiencing a real session with Anna as the facilitator and us as the participants, we clearly saw how facilitation tools work and what the facilitator’s role looks like in practice.
Full feedback:
The “Facilitation of Team Sessions” training for our HR team and project leaders at StarLight Media became an important milestone in developing our internal communication and collaboration.
Since we need to run meetings both in person and in hybrid formats, we had two days of offline training combined with two online modules.
The training was built around a real case: Anna facilitated a session while we acted as participants. This way, we could see the tools in action, understand their purpose, and observe the facilitator’s role model first-hand.
Another valuable part of the program was applying the tools ourselves. We learned how to use them in practice and also received structured feedback from Anna, which helped us go deeper into the material.
As a result, our team left the training more confident and ready to apply facilitation in our own meetings and projects."

We gained hands-on practice in a safe and supportive group environment, along with feedback that helped us deepen our awareness even further.
Full feedback:
"The “Facilitation of Effective Internal Meetings” training with Anna Klymenko was organized for the Fozzy Campus team, the corporate university of Fozzy Group. Participants included HR and L&D managers as well as internal business trainers who already had some basic facilitation knowledge.
To ensure deep learning, we chose a blended format: two days of in-person training combined with three online follow-up sessions over six months.
It was a real boost for us! We explored facilitation tools, learned how to design meeting agendas, and practiced guiding group dynamics to achieve concrete outcomes.
Most importantly, we experienced facilitation in a safe, supportive group setting and received feedback that helped us grow our awareness and skills.
Thanks to this training, the Fozzy Campus team can now facilitate effective meetings as a new standard across the company."

The facilitation course was a real discovery for me. It was not just a set of tools — it was an entire philosophy of teamwork.
Full feedback:
"During my first months at Gremi Personal Poland, I discovered many new opportunities, and one of the most valuable experiences was the facilitation course consisting of five modules. It wasn’t just about learning tools — it was about adopting a new way of working with a team.
Facilitation helps create a safe space where every voice can be heard, and where ideas emerge and grow through collective wisdom.
So, what is facilitation really about? For me, it is the art of guiding dialogue — not giving advice, but helping the team find solutions together. It’s not about control, but about enabling openness, shared ownership, and effective communication.
The most powerful part was embracing the principles of a facilitator, which completely shifted my approach to teamwork:
● Every idea has value● Neutrality and respect in communication● Asking questions instead of giving advice● Encouraging exploration of ideas● Avoiding judgment of people
These principles helped me look at teamwork from a new perspective. Facilitation transforms meetings into true collaboration platforms, where everyone feels responsible for the outcome and actively contributes to creating it."

Thanks to the facilitation course, we successfully conducted a strategic session where our participants achieved a shared result and felt their real impact and contribution to an important cause.
Full feedback:
"The “Online Course on the Fundamentals of Facilitation” led by Anna Klymenko for our Ruban Litvinova Social Impact Advisory team revealed key aspects of the facilitator’s role — how to create safety, openness, and creativity, which are essential for successful strategic sessions.
To make the course as practical as possible, we built it around our upcoming strategic session. Together with the trainer, we walked step by step through the agenda, unpacked the logic behind each stage, and learned specific facilitation tools we could apply in practice.
As a result, we were able to run our strategic session effectively. The team reached a common outcome, and participants felt their individual contributions mattered to the bigger picture.
I would recommend this course to anyone who aspires to lead, engage their team in building a shared vision, and co-create strategies and project plans together."

After the very first session we saw significant changes: the quality of our meetings improved, proactivity increased, and time lost on communication gaps was reduced.
Full feedback:
"Facilitation Leadership as a Driver of Growth
For our company, facilitation and training with Anna and Kostiantyn Klymenko became a key advantage during a period of rapid growth.
Our leaders work with teams made up of experts with different backgrounds and levels of experience. We needed effective tools to align knowledge, balance expectations, and achieve strategic goals.
Everyone in leadership roles went through the first training. Already after that initial session, we saw major improvements: meetings became more effective, proactivity grew, and miscommunication decreased — saving time and improving the production process.
The next step was facilitation training for every Scrum Master, helping us raise the quality of collaboration across all levels.
In fact, we can say that facilitation tools and leadership skills fundamentally transformed our culture of collaboration. They became a cornerstone of effective management across 12 Scrum teams working on large-scale projects."
