MIND-SET TRANSFORMATION

Big picture thinking - the opportunity to examine the external environment broadly, internal processes in-depth, and specific department details help employees develop a helicopter view for big picture thinking.

Strategic thinking - strategy development takes several weeks with systematic sprints and homework. This fosters strategic thinking skills, enabling teams to focus on results, consider risks and opportunities, and determine effective actions for achieving goals.

Out-of-box thinking - in our sessions, we conduct various brainstorming exercises and explorations to help employees learn how to generate breakthrough ideas, actively listen to each other, and find appropriate solutions.


Our strategy development process

Initial Briefing:

Our process starts with an initial meeting with the client where we listen and ask targeted coaching questions to help leaders identify their goals and expectations. The outcome of this stage is a formulated target and expected results of strategic sessions.

Scenario Proposal:

Once we have a clear understanding of the client's goals and expectations, we prepare a detailed scenario proposal that outlines each stage of the strategy development process, including frameworks, facilitation exercises, and deliverables. We make sure that the process is seamless, with the output of one stage serving as the input for the next. We also provide an estimate of the number of sessions and calculate the budget. The outcome of this stage is an approved scenario, timing, and budget.

Pre-work:

Next, we complete the necessary pre-work, which includes conducting coaching interviews with the leadership team to gain a deeper understanding of the company's business, developing analysis templates, consulting with employees when filling out these templates, and fine-tuning the scenario based on internal data and information gathered during the interviews. The outcome of this stage is a PowerPoint file prepared by the leadership team, consisting of 10 to 50 slides that will be presented and used during the strategic sessions.

Strategic Sessions Conduction :

As experienced facilitators, we professionally organize the strategic sessions to ensure that the client can focus on the content and discussion with their team. We closely follow the session scenario and timing by moderating each exercise and creating a constructive and respectful atmosphere that fosters creativity and agreement. We also provide all necessary materials in advance to maximize visualization of each topic discussed, ensuring everyone sees the same things and understands them equally. The outcome of this stage is a PDF photo report of each session stage, including meeting notes, agreements, and deliverables, all systematically organized.

Follow-up:

After the strategic sessions are complete and the report is delivered, we have an individual meeting with the client to provide feedback and recommendations for implementing the strategy. This stage provides the client with clarity regarding the next steps, a reflection of the process, and session results.
